Your new local book club with a mystery monthly read and fun social meet up from just £10 a month!
Plot Twist’s roots go back to early 2023, when the original plot twister started a small mystery book club in Milton Keynes. It became so popular with the members that she decided to give it an official name and grow it from those roots into a wide network that everyone had a chance to join and enjoy!
With a deep passion for good books and a professional background in the world of fiction, our founder gathered a small team of equally passionate people, and then this great team immediately got to work.
We built the website, began the hunt for the best and most fun fiction-loving hosts, started growing the list of member discounts and offers and – most importantly – got our heads together to begin shortlisting the best reads for our members.
And we didn’t stop there. Each month we try to come up with new ways to make things special for our members and bring our fantastic groups together, setting up all sorts of events such as quiet social readalongs and second hand book swap mornings. From time to time we even surprise our members with special author guests, at the socials!
We’ve started out small but we intend on growing our network as far and wide as we can, so that everyone has a chance to enjoy being part of our amazing bookish community.
